Understanding Your Commercial Usage Rights

Welcome to the SVG For All Licensing Overview. This document details the terms and conditions for using our designs in your commercial projects. Please read carefully to ensure you comply with our licensing agreement.

Usage on Physical Products

Permitted Uses:

  • Scope: You are authorized to use our designs on a variety of physical items such as t-shirts, mugs, laser-cut projects, signs, prints, stickers, and more. Any type of physical product is permitted as long as it adheres to our guidelines.
  • Global Sales: There are no geographic limitations. You can sell your products worldwide without any quantity restrictions.

Restrictions:

  • Wholesale and Third-Party Sales: Selling our designs to wholesalers or through third-party platforms is not allowed.
  • Digital Copies: You cannot include a digital version of our design with any physical product sold.
  • Tattoos: Our designs cannot be used for tattoo artwork.
  • Adult Content: The use of our designs for any adult content, including but not limited to products or advertisements related to alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, pornographic content, or any other related content, is strictly prohibited.

Licensing Terms:

  • Non-Exclusive Rights: The license is non-exclusive, meaning others can also use these designs.

Creation of Digital End Products

Permitted Creations:

  • Applications: You can use our designs to create digital products like customized invitations, presentations, and more.

Restrictions:

  • File Sales: Selling digital files that feature our designs, whether in original or modified form, is prohibited.
  • File Specifications: Digital files must be flattened (e.g., JPEG or PDF) to prevent design extraction or modification.

Creative Requirements:

  • Additional Elements: Your digital products must include significant additional creative elements that you own the rights to, ensuring the final product is distinctly different from our original designs.
  • Non-Competition: Your digital creations should not directly compete with our original designs. Ensure your work reflects a significant creative transformation.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Usage

Usage Guidelines:

  • Platforms: You are permitted to use our designs on print-on-demand platforms.
  • Design Integrity: Our original designs cannot be sold unchanged on POD sites. They must be integrated into a new product with your unique contributions.

Prohibited Actions

  • Digital Sales: You cannot sell digital files of our designs.
  • Format Conversion: Converting our designs to other formats for resale is prohibited.
  • Individual Elements: Selling individual elements of our designs separately is not allowed.
  • Sharing and Trading: Sharing or trading our designs is prohibited.
  • Logo Usage: Our designs cannot be used in logos or brand symbols.
  • Free Distribution: Distributing our files for free, even for personal use, is not allowed.
  • Intellectual Property Claims: You cannot claim, trademark, or copyright our designs as your own.
  • Unlawful Purposes: Using our designs for any unlawful purposes, including pornographic or defamatory content, is prohibited.
  • Wholesale and Third-Party Sales: Engaging in wholesale and third-party sales is not allowed.

Subscription Policy

Cancellation Terms:

Usage After Cancellation: Upon canceling your subscription, your license to create new designs with the downloaded files ends. However, you may continue to sell physical products that were created while your subscription was active.

General Licensing Terms

Ownership and Rights:

  • License Nature: Our products are provided under a leasing license. This means you are granted temporary, non-exclusive rights to use the files while your subscription is active. Once the subscription ends, your rights to use the files also end.
  • Reserved Rights: All rights not expressly granted within this license remain reserved by SVG For All.

Additional Information

  • Unlimited Reproductions: You are allowed unlimited physical reproductions.
  • Supported File Types: Our designs come in various file types, including SVG, PNG, JPEG, DXF, AI, EPS, and PDF.
  • No Attribution Required: You do not need to provide attribution when using our designs.
  • Usage Scope: The license covers personal, commercial, and POD use.
  • Non-Resellable: This design is not a Private Label Rights (PLR) product and cannot be resold as a digital product in its current form.
